Mold & Wax
A precise mold records the approved clay. Hollow wax sections are refined and prepared for casting.

Bronze Casting
Heat removes the wax from a ceramic shell. Molten bronze fills the space and preserves the modeled surface.

Welding & Chasing
Cast sections are assembled, then every seam is chased until the surface reads as one continuous form.

Patina
Controlled heat and layered solutions develop the final color before the surface is sealed with wax.
